Please join fellow alumni and start marking connections at a gourmet, four-course dinner at the lovely home of Terry McHenry, MS '81, and Joan Smith. To commemorate the Grapes of Wrath, there will be a special guest/performer, as "John Steinbeck" himself, as personified by local talent Taelen Thomas will be attending in-character.

Our menu includes:
Greeting:
Select cheeses and wine
Appetizer at seat:
Olive oil/fresh tom/radish/cucumber relish
Avocado, tom, blue cheese, cream friache stack
Soup:
Celery root/apple soup with chocolate/olive oil and celery/apple relish
Main course:
Chicken Wellington (mushroom/carrot/celery patee /chicken/ puff pastry)
or Parchment Salmon in teriyaki sauce
or vegetarian - artichoke sformato w/ fondue sauce.
Fresh roasted vegetables
Quinoa pilaf
Dessert:
Chocolate ganache tart in almond/cashew crust (gluten free) with caramel drizzle
Fresh vanilla ice cream
English toffee
Fresh roasted coffee or tea
