We have one team, the "Stanford Strikers" ready to go with six members registered. For league info and to join the Stanford Strikers visit the Better Off Bowling website. Go to the teams page and request to join our team.
Note: each team consists of a minimum of six and maximum of ten members. If the Stanford Strikers fill up or you want to start another team of six, go for it! Forming a new team is easy. Details about starting a team are on the Better Off Bowling website. Contact Marian Jacobson if you need help and to let her know you are forming a team.
Dates and times are: six Sundays afternoons: Jan 17, Jan 24, Jan 31, Feb 14, Feb 21, Feb 28. (Note there is no bowling on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb 7.) Play is always on a Sunday afternoon; start time varies between a 1:00, 2:35 or 4:10 p.m. start. We will receive a schedule by January 15 with our team's times for the six games. If you can't make a week, there are no refunds, but from a play point of view it's okay to miss or you can send a friend to bowl in your place.
This is a social bowling league, but if you like a little friendly competition, the highest four scores on a team from one game determine weekly winners.
