Walk: Golden Gate Park, Chain Lakes

WALK Golden Gate Park, Chain of Lakes (new). Approximately 5 mi, no elevation gain, with Sheila Bost (415/823-0961). Bring a bag lunch. Meet to carpool at the Arastradero Preserve parking lot at 9:30 or meet Sheila at the park parking area at 10:30. We will visit 8 of the park's 9 lakes on social and paved trails, through forests and meadows. Let Sheila know if you plan to do the hike.

Directions: Meet to carpool at the Arastradero Preserve parking lot at 9:30 or meet Sheila at the park parking area at 10:30. Take Hwy 280 north, continue on 19th Ave. Turn left at Crossover Dr. left turn light and continue tothe stop light at 25th and Fulton. Turn left on Fulton and continue west to 43 Ave. Turn left into park entrance and park there or on Fulton.
