Join members of the Stanford Club of San Diego and the Action Ski & Snowboard Club for wine tasting in the Guadalupe Valley in Baja, Mexico. The day trip includes a chauffeured bur ride, tours, tastings, and a late lunch.
The first wine tasting will be at Las Nubes, a locale famous for its wine and its views. The second stop will be Alximia, a winery run by Stanford alums, where you will receive the royal treatment. Participants will enjoy the amazing architecture and a souvenir wine tasting glass. Next, the group will make its way up to Cava Maciel, where winemaker Jorge Maciel will guide them through a tasting of his amazing wines. Finally, everyone will end up at Malva for a sit-down dinner including wine from Penelope, the co-located winery.
