Let’s welcome the Year of the Rooster by taking a tour of the Asian Art Museum with the Stanford Club of Washington (SCW) and Stanford Asian Pacific American Alumni Club (SAPAAC). Our docent will guide us through the current exhibits by Tabaimo, a globally acclaimed Japanese artist known for her immersive and thought-provoking video installations, Ai Weiwei Colored Vases and Terratopia, the Chinese Landscape in Painting and Film. After the tour, if weather permits, you have the option of joining us at the Regent Bakery and Café for lunch and bubble milk tea, the best Asian café in the area serving unique selection of baked goods and traditional Hong Kong style food made with the finest ingredients. Please note that lunch will not be hosted by the club and is not included in the price, but we still hope you join us! The museum tour is limited to 30 people, so register early.
