We hope the following information will assist you in planning your trip back to campus for Reunion Homecoming on October 12-15, 2017. We look forward to seeing you!!

Stay informed about...

Check-in and On-Site Registration

Check-in and on-site registration will take place at the Registration Headquarters located at the Ford Center, 365 Galvez St., Stanford, CA 94305. You will also be able to make changes to your registration when you arrive.

Thursday, October 12
10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Friday, October 13
7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 14
8:30 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 15
Ford Center closed. Please note Sunday registration is at the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center.

Also, if you don't have time to check-in at Ford Center before Dinner on the Quad* or your Class Party, you can go directly to the event and check-in on-site.

*Please note Dinner on the Quad and the All Access Passes are sold out. Daily passes and single purchase options are still available online.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds
Registrants may edit or cancel orders online on/before October 11. Email reunion-info@alumni.stanford.edu for assistance. Requests will be awarded according to the following schedule:

September 28 (on or before): Full refund
September 29-October 5: 75% refund
October 6-11: 50% refund
October 12 and after: No refunds
A non-refundable $7 registration fee is charged per attendee over the age of 4.

Online Registration extended until October 10
We've heard from classmates that you needed more time to register so we've extended the deadline. Register online by October 10 and receive your free parking pass via email ($30 value).

  • If you have an alumni account but do not remember your password, call Online Customer Service at (866) 543-0243 or (650) 724-0627, or use the "Forgot your password" link on the login page.

  • If you do not have an alumni account, you will be prompted to create one using your SUID (Stanford University ID). When creating your account, choose the Stanford affiliate option – not the guest option - as guest accounts cannot access Reunion Homecoming registration. If you don’t remember your SUID, call Online Customer Service at (866) 543-0243 or (650) 724-0627 for assistance.

Reunion Homecoming parking information for the classes of '72-'12, Recent Grad Reunion ('13-'17), 50th+ Reunion ('67 and earlier), and those requiring disability parking can be found below:

Class Headquarters Tent Map (pdf)
This map will show the location for your Class Headquarters Tent, the primary location for most class lunches and tailgates.

Parking and Shuttle Map (pdf coming soon)
This map will show general reunion parking lots, 50th+ reunion parking lots, and disability parking locations; the location for shuttle routes around Campus Dr. It also highlights the location of the Quad, Stanford Bookstore, Memorial Auditorium, Stanford Stadium, Ford Center, and the Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center.

Football Parking Map (pdf)
This map shows the different parking lots for the football game on Saturday, October 14 at 8:00pm.
NOTE: All Reunion Homecoming attendees will need a parking pass for Saturday, October 14. Complimentary parking passes for Saturday are included if your reunion registration includes Saturday events. Stanford Athletics will email a parking pass to you prior to gameday. You must display this parking pass on Saturday or you will pay $30 (cash only) to park in the athletics lots (even if you are not attending the game).

Transportation

Bicycles
The Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center has a limited number of bicycles available for alumni and their qualifying guests (16 years and older) to borrow on a first-come, first-serve basis while on campus. Bikes must be returned each day at least 30 minutes before closing time. Helmets are available. Check back in August for Frances C. Arrillaga Alumni Center Reunion Homecoming hours.

Shuttles
Various hotels offer shuttles to campus or they are near a Stanford Marguerite Shuttle line. View a listing of hotels with shuttle service.
Other complimentary shuttles will be available on campus during Reunion Homecoming to take you directly from loading zones to the registration headquarters area. A parking and shuttle map for these shuttle lines and locations will be made available in October. Shuttles run daily (Thursday-Saturday), stopping at designated Reunion Homecoming shuttle stops every 15-25 minutes.

Travel Promotions
Airline Check-In
The Stanford Alumni Association has partnered with CLEAR to provide alumni with discounted pricing on annual CLEAR memberships. With dedicated lanes and service-trained staff, CLEAR members can bypass airport security in 5 minutes or less.

Car Rentals
Stanford Alumni Association members can save up to 25% on Avis car rental rates and Budget car rental rates in the United States and Canada. Bypass the rental counter and go straight to your car.

Cheer on the Cardinal as Stanford takes on the Oregon Ducks at Stanford Stadium.

Purchase tickets directly from Stanford Athletics (football tickets are not included in reunion registration). Type in promo code SAA__ (your two-digit class year) first, and then click to purchase tickets vs. Oregon.

Pricing as follows:

  • (Reserved seating in the reunion sections. Seating with your class is not guaranteed at this late date) Corner/End Zone: $50 per seat
  • (Reserved seating, not in reunion sections) Upper Goal Line/sunny side: $60 per seat
  • (Reserved seating with seatbacks, not in reunion sections) Upper Sideline/sunny side: $80 per seat.
NOTE: There is a clear bag policy for entry into Stanford Stadium. Many types of bags are prohibited when entering the venue including backpacks, drawstring bags, oversized tote bags, and purses. View a complete list of allowable bags and prohibited items here.

Besides the football game, there are many athletic events happening during Reunion Homecoming. Please visit the gostanford.com schedule page August for an updated listing of sporting events you can attend while back on campus.

Athletic Facilities
Many campus athletic facilities are available for alums to use during Reunion Homecoming Weekend, including the golf driving range, pools, and athletic centers. Visit the PE and Recreation website for more information on facility hours and day-use passes.
