What makes for a sustainable water resource for Texas and the American West? We face some extraordinarily important and challenging decisions in the next decade as we confront more people and fewer fish, more rain and less snow, old dams and new budgets. How do we make decisions in the face of all this complexity and change? Professor Freyberg will try to untangle some of the issues, sort out fact from fiction, and explore some alternate futures for the West's water resources.

Join the Stanford/Austin community for a fun and relevant talk, as well as light refreshments!  Questions?  Please contact us at stanfordaustin@gmail.com.
