Join Stanford Pride and the Stanford Club of San Francisco for an exciting intertidal expedition!

Pillar Point is near Mavericks, a surfing location just north of Half Moon Bay at the village of Princeton-by-the-Sea. Our expedition will be facilitated by Adam Bad Wound, M.A. 05, M.A. 06, a Rocky Shore Naturalist at the California Academy of Sciences. Come see abundant wildlife, learn about intertidal ecology, and connect with other Stanford Alumni.

Following our exploration of the tide pools, we’ll enjoy brunch at the home of Nancy Baker, VP of Stanford Pride, nearby in Half Moon Bay.

Expert, amateur, and new tidepoolers are welcome to this family-friendly event!
