After some fine nighttime adventures over the last few months, let's take five and get ready for the coming of Spring!  Tucked away in the creative enclaves of the Mission is Charles Chocolates, fine San Francisco Chocolatier, and little-known provider of a grand afternoon tea experience.  We've convinced them to hand us the keys to the Chocolate Factory and let us see how they create the magic.

So picture this--you and a bunch of friends, old and new, gathered together on a sunny Mission Sunday.  No real fuss or muss with parking, the scent of fresh chocolate wafting through the air, as you gather around Charles' conveniently placed picnic tables, munching on fine pastries, sandwiches, desserts...and sipping tea of an exquisite sort.

Yeah, carb-haters will probably cringe at the temptation, but the rest of us (and those who willingly submit to temptation) will have a grand ole' time.
