Join us as we explore the fields and orchards in the southeast part of the Coachella Valley on a morning bus tour culminating in a buffet lunch at Shields Date Gardens. You will also visit the water district's control room and learn how it brings water from the All American Canal to our farms. While at Shields, "walk on the wild side" and try a date shake or date ice cream just to say, "I did it!"
