We hope you can join us for a private tour of legendary architect Philip Johnson’s iconic Glass House, a National Trust Historic Site in New Canaan, CT. The estate was built by Johnson as his own residence over the course of many years (1949 – 1995), and considered an important and influential project both for Johnson and for modern architecture.
Our tour will take us inside the Glass House (1949), the Painting Gallery (1965), the Sculpture Gallery (1970), and the “Da Monsta” Visitor House (1995). The tour will also include a guided 3/4 mile walk through the estate’s spectacular grounds. For more information on the property, visit www.theglasshouse.org.
This event was quickly oversubscribed last Spring, and we are excited to be able to offer another opportunity for those of you who could not join us. Space is limited and we suggest reserving your ticket early.
