Join Magic to water oaks and other California natives on the dish hill. It's a chance to care for trees and understorey species along a recreational route enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of visitors each year. The work entails carrying two five-gallon buckets half-full from a watering truck ten to forty feet to recently planted seedlings. Volunteers make new friends, learn about local eco-systems, enjoy the out-of-doors, exercise, and work for common good.
