Join Northwestern alumni, Stanford alumni and friends for an exhilarating hike of the Steep Ravine Trail - starting high in Mt. Tam and ending on the sands of Stinson Beach.
We’ll meet at Pantoll Ranger’s Station; the trailhead is directly next to the parking lot. We will follow the Steep Ravine path along Web Creek as we descend Mt. Tam and enjoy views of Redwoods and flowers. There are steep sections of the trail, including one portion down a ladder. Near the end of the Steep Ravine trail, we’ll make our way over to Stinson Beach. This is a one way trail, so the organizers will help ferry people back to the beginning of the trail. If you would like to help ferry people back, please let Marielle know. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a meal in downtown Stinson Beach.
