Join us for an enjoyable evening of soul food and culinary history! Adrian Miller ('91), a certified barbecue judge, food writer and recovering attorney, returns to Austin to discuss his James Beard Award-winning book Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine. Hoover's Cooking will serve delicious soul food to accompany the talk, including select recipes from Adrian's book. We will be seated in the private room of Hoover's Cooking, located on Manor Rd. just east of IH-35. Please RSVP for this event as space is limited.
