Of the Books
1. The Good Gut, by Justin Sonnenburg and Erica Sonnenburg, PhDs of the Stanford School of Medicine,
and,
2. The Telomere Effect, by Elizabeth Blackburn, PhD, Nobel Prize winner, professor emeritus UCSF, and Elissa Epel, Ph D, professor of psychiatry at UCSF.
These authors have many more credentials than we have space to list here. Despite the heavy weight credentials of the authors, these books are both down-to-earth and easy to read. We hope you enjoy them. Please mark your calendar and join us.
