CEO, scientist and entrepreneur Janet Crawford will discuss human biological power dynamics as an unconscious force impacting women in leadership. In a sequel to her popular TEDx talk, Ms. Crawford combines neuroscience, psychology, and extensive experience in the business world to delve into how these biological forces impact everyday life along with solutions for how they can be overcome. This lecture is the first of the fall series, “Towards Gender Equality in the Workplace - Biology, Psychology and Action,” sponsored by the Stanford Women’s Club of San Francisco.
