Join fellow Stanford alums to build in the North Olin neighborhood with Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East! The N.Olin development in the Portsmouth neighborhood of North Portland will provide 12 sustainably built homes when completed. All of the homes will be sold to families with low incomes who have generational ties to North and Northeast Portland as part of Habitat's work with the City of Portland.
We’ve reserved 12 spots for Stanford alumni on Saturday, October 12th. You’ll work side-by-side with professional builders as well as other Stanford volunteers, doing construction tasks that will vary based on the stage of construction. There will be plenty of breaks, time for lunch (bring your own), and lots of fun along the way.
