We will be discussing a memoir, The Choice: Embrace the Possible by Dr. Edith Eva Eger. Per Audible, it is “a practical guide to healing, written by an eminent psychologist whose own experiences as a Holocaust survivor helps her treat patients and allow them to escape the prisons of their own minds.”
The Legendary Book Club meets on the second Thursday of odd numbered months in private homes. About 20 alums participate, sharing responsibility for bringing wine and hors d'oeuvres. Regular attendance is encouraged but not required. Reservations must be confirmed the week before the meeting as seating is a premium!
