Make a four course Italian dinner with soup, appetizer, entree with 2 sides and dessert: tomato basil bisque, eggplant Milanese, chicken cacciatore, seasonal roast vegetables, homemade fettuccine and a chocolate budino to finish it off.
Cooking for an hour 45 minutes, then an hour to eat your creations. You may bring a bottle of wine to share if you would like. It’s a fun time with a delicious outcome!
