The world is desperate for brave leaders; leaders who are not silent about hard things, who ask the right questions, who are self-aware enough to lead from their hearts and not from fear.

Based on the latest research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program, what Brené refers to as a “skill-based playbook for leaders. The most significant finding from this work is that courage is not an inherent quality, but rather it is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.

In this interactive one-day workshop, we will focus on developing the courage-building skills necessary to help leaders move from armored leadership to daring leadership.

This event will be co-led by WIN board members Katie Hemmeter Fredricksen ('87), a leadership coach and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, and Kelly McKenzie ('03), a certified Agile coach, facilitator, and transformational change manager.
