He will share the neurobiology behind mood states and offer strategies for finding the good, becoming more peaceful, improving relationships, and appreciating yourself. Join fellow Stanford alumni to learn about his research, which has shown that the Forgive for Good methodology leads participants suffering from a wide range of concerns to improved physical and mental health.
