Didi Kuo is a Senior Research Scholar and Associate Director of the Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law at Stanford University. A scholar of democratization and parties, she manages the Program on American Democracy in Comparative Perspective. Her work has appeared in Comparative Political Studies, Comparative Politics, and The American Interest. She is a 2018 New America Fellow and the author of Clientelism, Capitalism, and Democracy (2018)
