Emma Channing is the founder of Satis Group, a blockchain advisory firm with expertise in security tokens. She’s an accomplished speaker, subject matter expert and founder of think tank Global Blockchain Convergence. Previously, she led domestic and global regulatory compliance and built holistic and flexible legal approaches for cutting edge technology firms. She earned her LLM degree from Stanford Law School and LLB, LLM degrees from Durham Law School in the UK. She’s admitted to practice in Colorado, New York, California and the UK. She holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.

Angel Orrantia is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor and startup attorney who has served in CXO roles and advised early stage companies from inception to initial fundraising to growth mode. He founded and led Vonzos Partners, a venture capital fund and consulting practice after heading business development for SK Telecom’s venture capital arm and at Applied Materials. Previously, he counseled startups and investors at Fenwick and West. Angel earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a JD from Notre Dame Law School and an MBA from Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Scott Schonfeld maintains broad-based transactional practice at Fox Swibel Levin and Carroll LLP where he focuses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities, general corporate representation and commercial real estate. Scott is also a preferred legal vendor at Northwestern University’s start-up accelerator, The Garage, representing emerging companies in every aspect of the startup life cycle, from choice of entity, joint venture agreements, equity/debt raises, intellectual property matters and exits. Previously, Scott worked in Silicon Valley’s video game industry as a market research analyst and with the juvenile justice system in South Florida. He earned his BA from Stanford University and JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
