In this workshop, we'll explore how breath and meditation can increase focus, reduce anxiety, and help us relax - whether at work, in the classroom, or at home. Last time, we learned a breath technique used by LeBron James during an eastern conference finals - this time, we'll learn a technique Hilary Clinton used following the 2016 election. We will also be led in a guided meditation. Open to all, including beginners and those new to this series!
