Architectural Walk and Brunch in Silver Lake

Join Stanford Young Alumni – LA for a scenic hike through Silver Lake and stay for lunch at Millie's Cafe. We’ll meet at 10 a.m. at the restaurant and walk to Micheltorena Street, site of many architecturally notable houses including Harwell Hamilton Harris's Alexander House. We’ll also catch a view of the Silver Lake Reservoir. At around noon we'll return to Millie's, known for it's traditional brunch dishes like the devil's mess, crab benedict, and chocolate chip pancakes. Whether it’s your first time in Silver Lake or you’re a regular, you’ll have a fun time socializing outdoors! Feel free to attend only one of the two events.
Given the increasing spread of the Covid 19 Delta variant among both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals, we will encourage all participants to wear a mask at the event.
Update: The event is at capacity. Given the rising number of Covid cases in LA, we'd like to keep this gathering relatively small. We hope to announce another fun outdoor event for late August.
