When does the ticket lottery open?
- The ticket lottery will be open from Tuesday, October 25 to Tuesday, November 8. You must register during this time using the "register" button above, which will appear during the dates, to be eligible for the lottery.

How will the ticket lottery work?
- There will be a nonrefundable $10 fee to enter the lottery, which will allow you to enter the drawings for rights to purchase two (2) tickets to the show. Each price level ($185, $225, and $890) will have its own separate drawing and you may register for any and all ticket price options. You will only be able to purchase two tickets total.  Also note that you will pay $10 regardless of the number of ticket price lotteries you enter.

Once lottery registration closes, the winners at each price level will be randomly selected and notified via email. 

When will winners of the lottery be notified?
- We will notify you via your preferred email address if you have been selected in the lottery on Monday, November 14 by 5 p.m. PST.  You will have until midnight PST on Wednesday, November 16, to purchase your tickets.

How will I receive my tickets?
- Your tickets will arrive by FedEx mail with a signture required.  Please make sure your alumni profile is up-to-date with your current preferred address. To check or edit your preferred address, click here.

Who is eligible to enter the lottery?
- Tickets will be sold only to Stanford alumni and affiliates (parents, spouses and current students). We will be verifying all lottery winners.

May I submit preferences for my seating assignment?
- Seat assignment will be random. You may submit your seating preferences within your ticket price level, but due to the high volume of ticket distribution, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding.

How many tickets can I purchase?
- You may purchase two (2) tickets total.

How much do the tickets cost?
- Ticket prices vary.  Mezzanine seats $185; Orchestra, Box and Front Mezzanine seats $225; and Premium seats $890.

How long is the actual performance?
- Running time is 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Will there be a wait list?
- Yes, there will be a wait list taken until February 1.

Will there be refunds?
- Yes.  The last day to cancel and receive a refund is January 30.
