Join fellow Stanford alumni over dinner in Potrero Hill in San Francisco on Wednesday, October 26th to discuss the future of low-carbon urban transportaino! This dinner will be hosted by Sarah Rizk, MBA 2015, MS Earth Systems 2011.
The discussion will center around the following questions:
What will the future of urban transportation look like with more and more vehicles that are electric, autonomous, and part of the shared economy? What could cause these trends to have an adverse environmental impact (eg. people actually drive more if it's autonomous)? What would enable a positive environmental impact (eg. urban design with mass transit corridors)?
This will be a potluck dinner where the host will cook the main dish. Please notify her of any dietary restrictions. She will send out a spreadsheet for attendees to sign up for items to bring.
