SPWOC Valentines' Chocolate Indulgence at ChocXO

It's a hands-on and unique experience that you won't forget. We go into the ChocXO kitchen where you make your own chocolate bark. Liquid chocolate is poured over a sheet pan and you to top it with your selection of toppings. While your bark chills and crystalizes in the refrigerator, a member of the Chocxo team will explain the chocolate making process from the bean to the bar. You'll walk along the educational wall and see a scale model of a cacao tree, learn how chocolate is fermented and dried, then view into the windows of the ChocXO factory to find out what happens next. This in-depth look is as educational as it is delicious. Participants will sample raw cacao pulp, cocoa nibs, cocoa liquor, and, of course, the finished product of chocolate bars, filled chocolates and chocolate bark.  At the end, you will break up your bark and bag it to take it home. Each participant leaves with approximately a pound of chocolate bark.

Must register by Wednesday, January 18.  We need a minimum of 15 participants or event will be cancelled.  Event limited to 25 participants.  Online payment required with registration.  We cannot accept cash or check payments in advance or at the door.
