Corralitos Brewing Company, located in an unmarked barn on the outskirts of Corralitos, looks like what you think a brewery should look like with an all-wood interior and a western flair. Long wooden plank tables inside and split-wood benches outside allow visitors to take in the beautiful view over rolling, open hills. The beers are distinctive, made from hops the brewers grow themselves. A mile from Corralitos Brewing, Elkhorn Slough Brewing Company near the Watsonville Airport provides excellent beer to enjoy while relaxing on ancient couches next to the loading dock and ale-filled finishing tanks.
