Come check out November Project with us - it's a free morning fitness group! Come join other young alums to get a good workout in before heading to work, and kick-start your New Year's resolutions.
November Project is located in a ton of cities across the US and the SF group meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at various locations with the attitude #justshowup. We'll be doing the Monday morning workout at Dolores Park.
Wear your Cardinal gear, bring some water, and sturdy shoes. The workout starts promptly at 6:30am so please show up a couple minutes before then. See you there!
