Join SAO for a morning Pilates mat class! Intro to Pilates is a perfect introductory Pilates class. We will focus on the Pilates principles and the classic mat sequence. We will learn the benefits of breathing in Pilates Movement. This class will help develop a strong inner core while helping sculpt long, lean muscles. This class is perfect for a new Pilates student.
Théa Morgan is a Stott-certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist aide. She has been teaching both reformer and mat Pilates at Bay Club Oregon for almost 17 years. Théa emphasizes proper alignment and purposeful motion, and encourages her clients to find satisfaction and enjoyment in moving their bodies. As an innate teacher, she is a champion for her clients’ growth and successes.
No props are required. Registration covers one or both classes. Classes will be held on Zoom and the link to the Zoom call will be sent out in advance.
